Tratamiento con clavo endomedular retrógrado en fracturas intercondíleas de fémur
Main Article Content
Abstract
The surgical management of peri articular and intra articular fractures of distal femur represent an important challenge for orthopedic surgeons. The main goal of the surgical management consists on the rehabilitation of the articular surface onto the femoral diaphysis preserving a good enough alignment that allows a wide range of movement and prompt recovery. With an accurate presurgical planning, these lesions can be treated with different methods and techniques. Among those, the retrograde intramedullary nail has less minor complications compared to other approaches.
