Main Article Content
Abstract
Ganz's periacetabular osteotomy is a technique described in the literature for the management of residual hip dysplasia, one of the most frequent causes of hip pain in young adult patients, whose objective is to preserve the hip, altering the biomechanics, thus ensuring greater survival. The current trend is hip preservation surgery, hence the importance of the indication of this type of surgery, which is why the bibliographic review is considered important, regarding a clinical case.
